ii. The filling of this form and application to the foundation does not automatically qualify/guarantee the applicant the required support/help from the foundation.

iii. The Foundation reviews each application and reserves the discretion not to grant the requested help/support or may determine the extent of the help/support to be so granted to every applicant.

iv. A successful applicant shall submit and make himself/herself and/or relation available, for a photograph, video recording, interview, discussion etc. or other such electronic recording as may be demanded by the foundation before, during or after the help/support has been rendered.

v. The Foundation may present her help/support in cash, cheque or other materials, as maybe necessary in the circumstance.
